Korean Speaking Sales Support & Client Liaison AssistantRef: TK46006An opportunity has arisen at a dynamic and highly regarded legal team in the City of London. They are looking for a Korean Speaking Sales Support & Client Liaison Assistant. The role will be responsible for liaising between Korean clients and solicitors and managing various administration duties for client management.

TYPE: Permanent, full-timeWORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00SALARY: £25K - 30K level, depending on experience, plus good benefitsSTART: ASAPLOCATION: City of London (Currently 3 days in the office, 2 days’ work from home - It may change depending on the company’s decision.) VISA: All applicants must have the right to work in the UKSales Support & Client Liaison Assistant Main Responsibilities:
• Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
• Communicates with Korean clients to understand inquiries and concerns
• Translates enquires from Korean clients into English, supports solicitors to understand Korean cultural and customary background
• Translates advice from English to Korean for Korean clients, follows them up when necessary
• Prepares proposals, client engagement letters, weekly news letters, and other sales and marketing documents
• Organises legal seminars/webinars and other marketing events
• Maintain Clients data, documents & files, or reports to the sales team
• Updates and maintains all contact information of clients
• Works with the accounting team to ensure all invoices are prepared and sent timely and correctlySales Support & Client Liaison Assistant Ideal Candidate:
• At least 2year experience working in a client-focused position in Korea or in the UK
• Knowledge of UK or Korean law
• Paralegal experience is advantageous
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-discipline
• Team player
• Customer oriented
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Time oriented
• Attention to detail
