This Progress Partner role is perfect for someone eager to grow their career by working with children in a special school setting with Autism, ADHD and other cognition and learning difficulties.

We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic person who is passionate about supporting children and young people with autism, inside and outside of the classroom.

Requirements –Progress Partner:

• University graduates with a relevant degree to SEN and / or Education
• Experience working in a school setting
• Experience with SEN
• Calm, Nurturing and Empathetic personality
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Resilient and Enthusiastic
• Must be reliable, professional and consistent

The successful Progress Partner will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.
