Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager in New Build high rise apartment to join a leading property developer in the Management and Lettings team. With new developments opening in key hot spot areas in Manchester/Salford, you will be able to set things up from the start.

On offer is a competitive basic salary of £32,000 + Performance related bonus and the chance to progress with an expanding and successful business.

We are looking for an individual who thrives on taking responsibility and enjoys working independently, although training and support is on hand, combined with excellent systems to assist with operating efficiently.

To be considered for this opportunity we are hoping to speak to ambitious and customer focused Assistant or Property Managers with a strong track record across key disciplines. Qualifications in ARLA or IRPM would be a distinct advantage and you must possess a full UK driving licence.
