Overview: This food manufacturing business have had sign off on significant funding to expand their factories.

So, this is not one of those instances where a business promises proactive change but don't back it up financially.

You'll need to have managed large scale CAPEX projects greater than £1million from feasibility through to completion within a food manufacturing environment to be successful.

Not all manufacturing is going to be relevant experience. Ideally, we're looking for food or FMCG manufacturing.

The team are quite young in terms of their experience, so we do need to you to coach and inspire too.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to be part of a massive expansion for one of the most successful food manufacturing businesses in the UK and Ireland.

As part of the senior leadership team on site, you'll be collaborating closely with the other functions.

Your success with be measured by ensuring you have all stakeholders bought in to the 5-year project pipeline you'll be tasked with creating and managing in line with the businesses needs.

The team is growing so you will be hiring additional project engineers.
