Are you looking for a new role? I am working with a client who is looking for a Head of Civil/Structural to oversee the delivery of engineering scopes across a range of projects, studies, and bids. The role focuses on ensuring designs meet the highest standards for safety, compliance, quality, and cost-efficiency, while also driving structural optimisation and managing resources effectively.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil/structural engineering deliverables
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
• Promote cost-effective, high-quality structural solutions
• Support bids and project development across multiple sectors

Requirements:

• BEng (Hons) in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Chartered Engineer (CEng – ICE or IStructE preferred)
• Proven experience in civil/structural engineering
• Familiarity with construction and process industry standards
• Proficient in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, TEKLA Structures)
• Skilled in interpreting Site Investigation reports
