This residential property developer is currently seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will take the lead on the production and maintenance of the organisation’s long term business plan, in addition to treasury liquidity management, ensuring financial performance stays on track, whilst building strong relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.
They key duties of this role are as follows:
- Work closely with the Head of Finance to bring all business planning processes in house and lead the establishment of the internal infrastructure to support it.
- Maintain and update the organisation’s long term business plan, ensuring accuracy through regular updates and continual scenario planning.
- Provide detailed analysis on key drivers of business performance, offering solutions to optimise financial outcomes.
- Lead the production of several key quarterly and annual returns to the relevant bodies.
- Oversee all current and future loan arrangements and providing insights for our Treasury Strategy.
- Produce monthly and annual loan accounting calculations, cashflow forecasts, and monitor key treasury performance metrics.

The successful candidate will have:
- Achieved their full accountancy qualification.
- A background in business planning through BRIXX, and knowledge of asset management and development pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
- A commercial outlook and proactive problem-solving skills.
