We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for an organised individual with a passion for sales and customer service. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the sales team and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Coordinate sales team activities to ensure efficient operation and excellent customer service.
  • Manage sales-related correspondence, respond to inquiries, and maintain detailed records.
  • Assist in the preparation and organisation of promotional material or events.
  • Compile reports and analyses on sales performance and trends.
  • Support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role will be advantageous.
  • Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
