Finance Assistant - Interim
iMultiply are excited to be working in partnership with an organisation in the centre of Edinburgh who are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis.

What You’ll Do
As the Finance Assistant, you’ll manage the full procurement process — from working with suppliers to supporting departments across the business. Your role will also include:
- Handling end-to-end accounts payable, from vendor set-up to payment processing.
- Auditing credit card transactions and employee expenses for accuracy.
- Supporting travel, expenses, and purchasing platforms.
- Assisting with supplier queries and managing their records.
- Working on finance projects and ensuring smooth operations.

- Proficient in MS Excel, with Oracle Financials experience being a bonus!
What's On Offer
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm (37.5 hours/week), with flexibility when needed. This position offers a competitive salary and will be a great step in your career.
