Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 + 25 Days Holiday (rising with service), Vendor Certifications, Private Pension, Company Pool Cars/Vans

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham. In this role, you will provide expert technical support, lead innovative IT projects - all while working with cutting-edge technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong IT support experience, especially in the Managed Services industry, to join an ambitious and growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex hardware, software, and networking issues.

* Monitor and maintain clients' IT systems to minimize disruptions and downtime.

* Lead the design and implementation of IT projects and solutions tailored to clients' needs.

* Act as an escalation point for junior engineers, sharing expertise and best practices.

* Stay updated with the latest technology trends to continually improve service delivery.

Requirements

* Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

* Expertise in Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

* Strong skills in virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).

* Proficiency in networking (Switching, Routing, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

* Hands-on experience with Azure, Entra, and Intune.
