SEN Teaching Assistant Needed in Erdington - Supporting Year 11 Students

CERT Solutions is recruiting an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support Year 11 students in Erdington as they prepare for their GCSEs.

This full-time role begins in January 2025 and offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with diverse needs, including ASC, MLD, SLD, and SEMH.

The Role:

* Providing tailored support to help Year 11 students prepare for their GCSEs.

* Working with students with a range of special educational needs in a compassionate and understanding manner.

* Using resilience, patience, and initiative to create a positive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

* A Level 3 qualification in education or a related field.

* Proven experience supporting students with SEN, particularly in preparing for exams.

* A proactive, patient, and resilient approach to working with young people.
