The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organized External Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for travelling to clients, presenting our extensive range of licensed and branded toys, and closing sales deals. Your daily tasks will involve building and maintaining relationships with key retailers, independent toy shops, and leisure arcades across the UK. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. * Around 70% of your time will be spent out on the road meeting clients.

* The rest of the time will either be working from home or the office to follow up, book meetings and research potential new opportunities.

* Travel across the UK + Ireland may be required.

* There will be occasional overnight stays.

Requirements:

* A very positive and sales-focused mindset.

* Strong ability to work independently.

* Due to the travel, a full UK Driver's Licence is required.

* No previous experience is required, just the right mentality.

* A confident communicator who can handle potential objections and close sales effectively.

The Package:

* Starting salary of £23,800

* Uncapped commission

* You will receive 5% of all sales

* Deal values range from £5,000 - £50,000

* Commission is paid on all new and repeat business

* Expected OTE is £50,000 - £70,000

* All expenses for travel and accommodation when required
