As our new Engineering Manager, you'll have previously worked as an Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering In a fast moving environment with a proven track record of success. We don't just want to know what you've achieved but how you've done it!

As part of the role, day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing a team of up to 30 engineers indirectly.

Operating with a site budget of circa £3.5 million and an enviable CapEx budget.

Review and alter any plant maintenance schedules as and when required.

Implement CI initiatives and always work to best practice.

Bringing together operations and engineering to create a 'one team' culture.
