Your New RoleAs an MEP Minor Works Consultant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing minor works projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and managing MEP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conducting site inspections and assessments to identify project requirements and potential challenges.
Preparing and reviewing technical reports, project plans, and documentation.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Undertake engineering surveys to gather precise information (to include structured notes (written and / or orally recorded) and photographs) in respect of the type of survey being carried out in their various forms, e.g., Acquisition, Dilapidations, Condition, Asset Gathering, Maintenance Contract Tendering, Auditing, and Planned Maintenance Programmes.

What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in MEP project management, particularly in minor works.
A strong technical design understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
A relevant qualification in engineering, construction, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and the ability to be client-facing.
