Role Summary:

It is an individual contributor role based in our London office. As a Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. On a daily basis, you will reactively handle clients' queries and proactively seek solutions to resolve their problems.

The shift patterns for this role are either 10AM-7PM or 11AM-8PM with a one-hour meal break during each shift however this can change to match the needs of the business.

Please note that the position is fully office-based and we are located 2 minutes walk from Warren Street station.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality and best-in-class service to our clients across telephone calls, emails, and other channels.

* Consistently take initiative to resolve clients' queries with full dedication and determination by identifying problems and solutions in a timely manner.

* Skilfully analyse and understand client's needs and identify business opportunities and ways to provide the best experience.

* Proactively liaise with various departments to assist in resolving clients' queries.

* Proactively learn about the financial markets, CFD industry, and trading platforms.

* Actively assist with proof reading and translation of contents as required.

What We Require from You

* Strong eagerness to learn about financial markets including forex, global share indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

* Proficiency in English and Thai or Vietnamese

* Enthusiasm about customer service and problem-solving.

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

* Strong sense of integrity.

* Willingness to commit to long-term career growth and professional development.

* Open-minded and cooperative personality.

* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Advanced MS Office skills.

* Prior experience working in Customer Services and Financial Institutions is preferred, but not essential.

Working Hours:

* Working Hours 10:00-19:00 or 11:00 - 20:00.
