Job Title: Operations Manager

Salary: £80,000 + Car

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee a multi-million-pound contract focused solely on reactive repairs in South West London/Surrey. This role involves managing a well-established team, ensuring smooth operations, and driving efficiency across the contract.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the delivery of repairs and voids contracts across South West London and Surrey, with a large patch in KT/TW postcode areas.

Lead and support the Contract Management team, ensuring clear communication and effective delegation.

Manage a structured team including a Contracts Manager, Repairs Manager, and four Supervisors.

Work closely with a large scheduling team to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.

Focus on delivering reactive maintenance while also contributing to the development of a South Coast hub.

Support expansion efforts into Surrey and Hampshire, including Crawley, Portsmouth, Worthing, and surrounding areas.

Drive strategic growth across London, identifying new opportunities and improving service delivery.

Ensure contractual compliance, high service standards, and cost-effective operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in operations management within a Tier 1 Maintenance Contractor.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent understanding of repairs and voids management.

Strategic mindset with a focus on expansion and operational efficiency.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Full UK driving license (company car provided)
