Product Manager – UK (Remote) - £55-65kRemote Work | Greenfield Project | Flexible Hours | Autonomy and Ownership | Private Healthcare | Enhanced LeaveAda Meher are proud to be partnering with a scaling SaaS company as they recruit a Product Manager to help them drive innovation and growth in a new product’s technical roadmap. Currently with a number of reporting solutions within the business, they are looking to consolidate this into one new product offering and are currently at a Proof of Concept stage and looking to hand ownership over to a driven, growth orientated Product Manager.Due to the autonomy and ownership this role will hold, the ideal candidate will have prior experience across the full product lifecycle, from market, competitor and data analysis & strategy work to feature planning & creating user stories for the dev and architecture teams. You will work as part of a Scrum team including UX and Product Designers with an ethos of data-driven decision making. In return you will have the autonomy and ownership over the role to deliver results in your own image in a business set up for growth.The company have flexibility at the core of their employee offering, and whilst they ask for some occasional travel around the UK for strategy days, they are more than happy for this role to be remote and to work around family and travel commitments to make sure that life can continue to happen around work. As a result driven business – they want to enable the right people to take ownership and deliver.To Be Considered:
  • Demonstrable experience in a Product Manager role
  • Experience in setting product vision/strategy
  • Experience with data analysis from reporting tools such as PowerBI or Kimball
  • Experience with requirements gathering and requirement analysis
  • Experience feature planning and creating user stories
  • Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge
  • Experience of prioritisation of backlogs
