Salary: £24000/annum + travel expenses to sites

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Support Administrator to join our client's team who specialise in providing the healthcare sector with logistical & courier services.

About the role

You will assist the Operational Management Team with crucial administrative tasks. Ensure consistency in notetaking, action record-keeping, and sharing insights from Monthly Management Meetings, Staff Representative Meetings, and Governance & Performance Review Meetings. Oversee people file compliance and onboarding processes for all employees. This role involves travel to various sites in Bath, Gloucester, Swindon, Wiltshire, and Bristol, with expenses paid.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and maintain records using the Bamboo System.

* Create and manage an interview booking calendar for each operational site in the South Region, aiding Operational Managers in scheduling interviews.

* Participate in weekly calls with Operational Managers to update on onboarding progress and people file compliance.

* Support internal and external audits/inspections by providing necessary documentation and information.

* Attend training sessions to keep skills and knowledge up to date.

* Attend and document Monthly Management Meetings, Staff Representative Meetings, and Governance & Performance Review Meetings.

* Perform general office tasks and provide additional assistance as required.

* Keep staff list documents current for the Regional Senior Operations Manager.

* Organize recruitment days and schedule interviews.

* Ensure >98% compliance in internal file audits.

* Maintain 100% DBS compliance and manage upcoming renewals to prevent service disruptions.

* Support operational teams with stock ordering and PO management.

* Arrange hotels and training room hire for new starters and managers.

* Process uniform orders for new employees.

* Forward expenses to the Accounts Team for processing.
