Salary: £62,000 per annum + benefits (Dependant on experience)

Location: East Midlands

Skills Required for Deputy Operations Manager:

Experienced Senior Authorised Person 
Significant experience in a similar operations role, ideally within the power generation or engineering sector.
Relevant engineering qualifications.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
Experience with compliance, risk assessments, and safety management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive operational improvements.
