Acorn by Synergie is looking for a Senior Site Manager for 18 months work on a site in Bristol (BS2).

The rate of pay will be between £280 and £320 per day (UMB) -CIS will be available.

This job is on commercial highrise flats, experience with RC Frame and or commercial build history working under Project Director.

This will be starting Monday the 1st of June.

Requirements are as follows:

- SMSTS

- Black CSCS card

- First Aid

- Relevant experience preferably in a commercial setting.

Duties:

- Management of subcontractors.

- Oversight of build program and budget.

- Site meetings with line manager.

- Maintain site paperwork.

- Overall responsibility of health and safety.

- Management of materials and labour.

- Site level problem solving and provide solutions.
