The Person

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven sales leadership experience in HVAC or renewable energy, preferably in Ireland.
• Strong technical knowledge of heat pump systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
