About the role: Are you a compassionate, creative, and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner eager to make a meaningful difference in a vibrant Cricklewood primary school? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and inspire our youngest learners, helping them build a foundation for lifelong curiosity and success.

In this role, you'll support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, play-based learning activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for early childhood education, who understands the importance of nurturing emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Application Requirements:

• Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 6 months experience working within an Early Years setting in the UK.
• Skills: Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion for Learning: Enthusiasm for supporting young children in their developmental journey.
• DBS Check: Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher with daily planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities.
• Support children in developing core skills across personal, social, and physical development.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
• Foster language and communication skills through play, stories, and group activities.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children during indoor and outdoor activities.
