O'Neill and Brennan are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaners to join our team working on a construction site. This will be cradle cleaning on a high rise new build apartment scheme.

In your role you will be responsible for ensuring that external windows are cleaned and maintained to a high standard via cradle, reach and wash and traditional methods. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail.
You must have a valid CSCS card, harness training and relevant experience in BMU Window Cleaning of least 1 year.

Duties:

Possess the ability to carry out scheduled works each day to the highest of standards
Cleaning of external windows and frames using appropriate cleaning methods
Ability to carry out duties via rope access method, cradle, reach and wash and traditional cleaning methods
Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed while working at heights
Communicate with clients, customers and head office in a clear and concise manner
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns in a timely manner
Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or damages to the supervisor
Adhere to company policies and guidelines for window cleaning procedures
Requirements:

Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring repetitive motions, lifting, and working at heights
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Have a tenacious can-do attitude
