Senior Project Manager (Consultancy) - Milton Keynes

Salary - up to £65,000 + Mileage + More

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5 (Flexible + Hybrid working)

Senior Project Manager (Consultancy) - TXM Recruit is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a national leading construction consultancy. The Senior Project Manager will be working on their retail fit-out contracts and will be reporting to the Milton Keynes office.

The Senior Project Manager will be expected to work in the office 2 days a week and the rest of the time they can work from home. The Project manager must be able to visit sites when needed (sites are nationwide and occasional stay aways are expected).

The Senior Project Manager duties will include -

* Leading and managing multiple projects from start to finish

* Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and schedule

* Implementing project scope, budget and risk management strategies

* Collaborating with subcontractors

* Managing project finances, including cost control, budget management, and financial reporting.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional client service.

Candidate specification -

* Must have consultancy experience or have main contractor experience

* Must have retail fit-out experience

* For top end of salary, will need to have 10 years relevant experience
