Technical Supervisor - Central London
📍 Location: Covering 15 sites across Central London (Universities, Commercial Offices, Banking Environments)
💰 Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Zone 1-2 Travelcard + Expenses for Additional Travel
🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Supervisor to join a leading facilities management team covering multiple high-profile sites across Central London. This role is ideal for a technically skilled, client-facing supervisor who is electrically biased but possesses strong mechanical knowledge.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of electrical and mechanical systems across multiple locations. You will also handle quotations, technical support, and client interactions, making this a varied and hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Supervise & Support Engineers: Provide technical assistance and oversee a team of engineers across 15 sites.
✔ Fault Diagnosis & Repairs: Work on electrical and mechanical faults, ensuring effective resolutions.
✔ Quotations & Work Orders: Prepare quotations for remedial works and support in job scoping.
✔ Client Interaction: Confidently liaise with clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
✔ Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations.
✔ Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Oversee PPM schedules and respond to reactive issues efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Electrically biased with strong mechanical experience (e.g., HVAC, pumps, AHUs, FCUs).
🔹 Experience working in commercial buildings (universities, offices, banking environments).
🔹 Hands-on leadership skills - able to supervise and support engineers when required.
🔹 Excellent communication & client management - a confident and professional approach.
🔹 Ability to create quotations and manage small works effectively.
🔹 A problem solver with a proactive and can-do attitude.
