Description
- Managing purchase ledger processes efficiently and accurately
- Ensuring invoices, statements and payments are up to date
- Liaising with suppliers and resolving any invoice discrepancies
- Processing staff expenses and making payments
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures and reports
- Undertaking reconciliation of bank statements
- Participating in financial audits
- Supporting the wider Finance team as required
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
- Have gained relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Have a driven attitude toward progressing in accounts
