With a team and a culture that rewards success, they provide their brokers with all the tools needed to achieve significant earnings.Commercial Broker RoleAs a Commercial Broker, you will play a key role in originating, structuring, managing and completing commercial finance deals. Commercial Broker Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a pipeline of clients and deals, from inquiry through to completion.
• Semi-underwriting deals to ensure they meet client needs and lender criteria.
• Working closely with lenders and borrowers to structure solutions that add value.
• Applying your technical knowledge to deliver bespoke financing solutions.
• Maintaining strong relationships with lenders, including challenger banks and other key financial institutions.
• Consistently producing a minimum of £250k annually in deals.

The Commercial Broker Package:

• Base salary of £45k-£50k (with potential for more for top performers exceeding £250k in revenue).
• OTE exceeding £200k for high performers - top brokers within the team are already hitting this level.

Commercial Broker Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Broker, either from a lender or brokerage background.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial Mortgage products and deal structuring.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Confident in semi-underwriting deals and able to work independently on complex cases.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with challenger banks or known borrower lists.
