Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Supervision: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment across multiple schools in the Altrincham and Wythenshawe areas.
Pre-set Work Distribution: Hand out pre-set work provided by the teachers and ensure students understand the tasks.
Classroom Management: Ensure students remain on task and follow school rules and guidelines.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the lead teacher on student behavior, progress, and any issues that arise during the lesson.
Flexible Subject Coverage: Supervise a range of subjects, adapting to the needs of different classes and year groups.

Requirements:

Enthusiasm and Passion: A genuine interest in education and working with young people.
Reliability and Flexibility: Ability to work across several schools, adapting to different environments and schedules.
Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents as needed.
