Accountant Fleet based Hybrid working Salary up to £40,000Butler Rose are excited to be representing a well-established and successful firm of chartered accountants in Chichester. This is a well-established firm who pride themselves on strong client relationships and offering one on one advice. Due to growth of the firm, they are now seeking an experienced accountant to join their team. Ideally you will have recent experience independently running a portfolio of varied clients and will part ACCA / ACA qualified or above. Role Responsibilities:

• Statutory accounts preparation for a diverse range of clients.
• Preparation of corporation tax and submission of CT600's to the HMRC
• Experience in completing and submitting quarterly VAT returns.
• Attend client meeting and liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients
• Effectively manage time to ensure work is completed within agreed time and budget

Person Requirements:

• At least 2+ years' experience working in a UK based accountancy practice.
• ACA/ACCA studier who is ideally part qualified or above.
• Current knowledge of statutory accounting, corporation/personal tax and VAT
• Excellent communication skills and adept and developing and maintaining strong working relationships
