Our client is an established, independent provider of professional scaffolding and associated trade services operating from premises in London. They provide multiple services such as Contract Scaffolding, Emergency Response & Dangerous Structures, Fabrication Works, Transport & Logistics and Specialist Works.
Due to the ongoing success, our client now requires an experienced Design Engineer to join their dynamic and experienced team. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and overseeing the implementation of scaffolding structures to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in various construction and maintenance projects.

Design Engineer - Scaffolding
Position Overview
- Consulting with clients and other stakeholders and reviewing documentation to precisely determine the requirements and specifications for the finished structure.
- Transforming the client's concepts into practical and developable designs.
- Evaluating designs to ensure they meet the client's requirements as well as relevant structural quality and safety standards.
- Extensive experience in construction design, encompassing access scaffolding, temporary works, and scaffold design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Able to modify previous designs to accommodate the evolving requirements of a project.

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Design Engineer.
- Scaffolding experience.
- IT literate.
