Management Accountant role waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position

Position:          Management Accountant

Location:         Leeds

Salary:             £40-£45,000

Length:            Permanent

Hours:             37.5 hours p/week

The role will predominantly involve:

• Help deliver the month end accounts whilst adding value to the process along the way.
•  Manage and control overhead costs in line with budgets with stakeholder review.
•  Influence performance and efficient cost control across the business.
•  To provide financial support to key stakeholders, ensuring management information is understood.
•  To ensure that balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly.
•  Ensure a strong financial control environment.
•  Work with and provide support to external auditors.
• CIMA Qualified, + 1-2 years  Management Accountancy experience

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, and be available at short notice.
