Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join our client (social housing repairs contractor) on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance and repairs within domestic properties West & South West Londo n

Responsibilities:

Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential properties.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations.
Diagnose electrical issues and propose effective solutions.
Work collaboratively with colleagues & independently to complete tasks within agreed timescales.
Maintain accurate records of work undertaken.
You will be required to take part in an on call rotaRequirements:

Qualified to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent
Testing & Inspection qualification - (2391 or 2394/2395)
Proven experience as an electrician, preferably within social housing or property maintenance
Full UK driving license.
