Our client is seeking an ambitious Property Manager to join their small team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in a well-established property business with a strong track record of acquisitions, asset management, and strategic planning.

Established in the 1970s, the company owns properties throughout the UK across various sectors. Specialising in both private and public sector acquisitions, they have built a reputation for strategic growth and hands-on asset management.

About the Role:

Based in Hungerford, you will work closely with the Managing Director, supporting the day-to-day asset management, lease events, and sales of a diverse property portfolio. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment that fosters a growth mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

* Building and maintaining relationships with managing agents across the portfolio

* Overseeing operational issues and working with property managers to resolve queries efficiently

* Conducting property inspections and supporting specialist consultants with surveys

* Tracking and reporting rents, arrears, and legal documents for sales and lease agreements

* Coordinating contractors and consultants for specialist projects

* Preparing properties for marketing and managing all related documentation

* Conducting research projects for the wider business

About You:

* Proven experience in the property sector with a strong understanding of property management issues.

* An understanding of the real estate sales process

* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office, DropBox, CRM systems, and ideally, knowledge of Land Registry & Companies House software

* Credible relationship builder with excellent communication skills

* The ability to get to the heart of complex problems and issues and produce workable solutions

* Natural team player, self-motivated, competent, and reliable

* The flexibility to undertake UK travel alongside general day to day work
