Job Title: Internal Sales Representative
Location: Downham Market
Job Type: Full-Time, Office based
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Berry Recruitment are looking for a proactive Internal Sales Representative to join a busy sales team based in Downham Market. You'll handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries, support existing accounts, and help drive revenue by building strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up leads via e-mail, telephone and face to face

Provide quotes, product info, and order processing support

Maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets

Update CRM with customer and sales data

Requirements:

Sales or Customer Service experience

Strong communication and organisational skills

CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

Ability to work in a busy, goal-oriented environment
