Job Profile

As a Property Valuer you will represent the company to the highest of standards, your attention to detail will be in key in building strong relationships with your clients and generating new instructions for properties to market. You will be responsible for creating high quality advertising materials, monitoring stock levels and managing sales progress to a successful completion.

Duties

* Conduct property valuations and gain new instructions

* Market properties to buyers using effective marketing techniques

* Prepare property brochures with photos and descriptions

* Cross sell related ancillary services such as Conveyancing and Mortgage Referrals

* Ensure Strict Compliance with CPRs and AML

* Pro-active Targeted Canvassing in local areas

* Meeting and managing team and personal targets

* Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.30am

* Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am - 2:00pm
