The Role:
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing and developing precision-engineered components using SolidWorks.
* Creating detailed engineering drawings, part numbers, and BOMs within the company's ERP system.
* Providing technical support to sales and manufacturing teams.
* Assisting with costing and labour estimation for assemblies and components.
* Leading continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborating with teams across multiple locations, with occasional travel required.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong experience in RF/Microwave connector design (essential).
* Proficiency in SolidWorks and familiarity with ERP systems.
* A creative and problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to different sites and customer locations.
