Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 to £27,000 (Commission OTE £12,000+)

Location: Birmingham Business Park

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Sales Executive for a fantastic broker company. The company requires someone who is confident and able to build relationships. This role would be a crucial role within the business so someone who is dedicated focused and able to work well under pressure is ideal.

Candidate Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify new leads, being the first point of contact
Booking viewings
Taking feedback and negotiating pricing
Following up on warm leads (website enquiries)
Answering calls and following up on emails and enquiries
Maintaining a professional relationship with all prospective clientsThe Candidates' Requirements:

Experience in a B2B sales role (desirable)
Excellent commercial awareness
Immaculate presentation, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365
