Secondary School Receptionist/Administrator Based in Perry Barr, North Birmingham£13.10phYour new companyA busy secondary school based in North Birmingham is looking for a School Receptionist. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4pm. The role is initially until the end of the year but may potentially be longer. Your new roleThe role will be working in a very busy office to provide admin and reception support. The role will be working on a rotational basis in the office on aspects of attendance, trips, dinner monies and covering reception. This is a busy office and requires someone that is versatile and able to work under pressure.You will also be expected to cover a very busy reception when required. Therefore you must hold strong IT skills. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
