Are you a qualified and passionate SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a specialist ASD setting? We're working with a fantastic SEN school in Northampton (NN3) that provides dedicated support for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated challenging behaviours.

This is a full-time position for a Qualified Teacher (QTS) with experience in SEN education. If you're patient, adaptable, and committed to making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons tailored to the individual needs of ASD pupils
✅ Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a calm and supportive learning environment
✅ Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to develop individual learning plans
✅ Encourage communication and social development through structured activities and visual supports
✅ Assess, track, and monitor progress, adapting teaching methods where necessary

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
✔️ Experience working within SEN settings, particularly with ASD and challenging behaviour
✔️ Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, resilient attitude
✔️ A creative approach to teaching, using visual aids and sensory techniques
✔️ Passion for helping students develop confidence, independence, and key life skills
