Our Client is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the charge in maximizing cargo capacity sales and achieving key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize capacity utilization.

* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery.

* Build and nurture lasting partnerships in the air cargo industry, strategize and deliver innovative freight solutions.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.

* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

* Oversee administrative tasks related to sales processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.

* Represent a brand known for excellence and reliability.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven sales experience, preferably in air freight or logistics in an international environment, good knowledge of the aviation industry.

* Strong understanding of cargo capacity management and sales strategies.

* Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire sales process, from strategic planning to successful closure.

* A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals.

* Team spirit skills and ability to work in an international environment.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

* Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to adapt to different time zones.

* Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales management tools.

* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
