The client I am working with is one of the market's fastest-growing business transformation consultancies, with a pedigree of successfully engaging and delivering some of the largest and most complex transformation programmes globally, enabled by SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Salesforce, and other leading technologies.

They partner with large international businesses, supporting them on their transformation journeys, defining IT strategies and designing future operating models. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for an experienced in Marketing Coordination to join our marketing team for the next phase of our mission.

They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support the growth of our business transformation practice, working alongside the Head of Marketing, who is responsible for coordinating our marketing initiatives. This is a challenging role in a fast-paced and growing part of the business. This role would suit someone who has come from a B2B marketing background, preferably with experience in the technology or consulting sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Scheduling: Utilise social media scheduling software such as Later and/or Hootsuite to plan and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn and Mailchimp.
  • LinkedIn Marketing: Leverage LinkedIn marketing to enhance brand presence and engagement within the professional community.
  • Technology and SAP Knowledge: Preferred experience and understanding of technology and SAP to effectively communicate complex concepts to the target audience.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, proactively upskill, and implement innovative approaches to social media marketing.
  • Quarterly Plan: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to create and implement a quarterly social media plan, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, for creating and formatting impactful reports and presentations.
  • Editing Software: Utilise Canva and/or Adobe for creative content creation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Content Creation and Design: Develop engaging content and design materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Writing Proficiency: Exhibit strong writing skills for creating clear and compelling content across various platforms.
  • Co-ordination skills: Manage co-ordination with suppliers, events and stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Campaign Statistics: Manage insight gathering through monitoring, analyse, and report on social media performance using campaign statistics and key performance indicators.
  • Events and webinars: Assist the Head of Marketing in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Supplier Management: Support with researching and evaluating potential suppliers (eg, design agencies, printers, digital ad platforms, event organizers) and managing supplier deliveries.
  • Content writing: Co-create and manage content for newsletters and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
  • Stakeholder outreach: Support outreach efforts to stakeholders, including drafting communication and managing follow-ups to ensure engagement and participation in events.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling software (Later, Hootsuite).
  • Experience in LinkedIn marketing and knowledge of technology consulting and SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Canva.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of comprehensive communication strategies.
