Your new companyThis is a Stockport-based consultancy looking after commercial sector clients, offering, building surveying, valuations, L&T, property management and agency services. The office is 22 strong and you would be working as part of a team of 4 surveyors focusing on local business. They are based in a business park with plenty of parking spaces for you, but they are also close by to the centre of Stockport and the Stockport train station. If you are looking for a close-knit team that offer local work, this is the place to be.Your new roleThis consultancy works across commercial, industrial and road-side projects. You will be focusing on valuation and L&T work with a healthy pipeline for at least the next 3 years. What you'll need to succeedMRICS or MCIOB with previous experience working in a valuation or L&T position working on commercial sector projects. You must have a valid UK driving licence as the role will require you to travel to sites. Eligibility to work in the UK. Unfortunately, this employer is not able to sponsor visas.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £55,000 plus car allowance and discretionary bonus.
