Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional care? We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate leader to oversee our client's nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and residential care.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will:? Lead and manage all aspects of the home’s daily operations? Ensure compliance with CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) regulations? Support and mentor a dedicated team of nurses and care staff? Maintain high standards of person-centered care and clinical excellence? Oversee budgets, occupancy levels, and business performance? Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

? NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Desirable

? Previous experience managing a nursing home or similar care setting

? Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and compliance? Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills? A proactive approach to continuous improvement and quality care

? Level 5 leadership and management or equivelant
