• Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets to drive sales revenue and increase market share.
• Generate leads through networking and market research, identifying potential new business.
• Respond to sales enquiries and upsell/cross-sell the full range of programmes and courses.Account Management
• Manage relationships with employers and stakeholders, identifying and executing business development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
• Gather client feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Recruitment
• Lead the company’s recruitment efforts, including attracting, screening, and presenting candidates to both the organisation and external employers.Skills and Experience Required of the Business Development Executive.
• Experience working within Training and the Apprenticeship sector.
• Proven track record of generating revenue through new business development
• Experience and knowledge of Apprenticeship funding rules.
• Strong ability to attract new clients and develop new business.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
