The Role

Senior Designer - on trend ladies fashion brand.Daily Responsibilities:- Independently plan and develop ranges with a strong vision and direction, driving quality and considered product.- Report into the design manager and identifying and deliver trend direction to the team in weekly meetings- Liaising with overseas offices on a daily basis.- Collaborating and working closely across departments including marketing, buying and merchandising.- Use insight and data to design commercial and trend led collections.- Working with the technical team on fits on a weekly basis to perfect key blocks and construction.- Positively lead and be a role model to the design team, providing clear direction and encouraging collaborative ways of working.Requirements:- +5 years experience as womenswear fashion designer in the industry- Excellent eye for fashion, design and styling.- Attention to detailAbility to work towards multiple deadlines.- Able to maintain brand consistency throughout your work.- Knowledge and experience of adobe creative suite.- Prioritise workload and work independently.- Degree in fashion design or in a related subject.
