- The hours of work and shift patterns available are: Monday to Friday 05:30 - 14:30 (Early 13:30 finish on Tuesday)
- The rate of pay is: £13.19 per hour
Main Responsibilities: As an Operational Trainer in our Portions team your key responsibilities will be:
- Operational training of Machine Minders in our Portions sealing room.
- Training admin to support operational training.
- Ensuring adherence to strict health, safety and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers.
- Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required
Ideal Candidate: As our Ideal Candidate you'll demonstrate that you have:
- An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively across your team, between departments and at all levels of management
- Quality awareness
- Train the Trainer
- Health and Safety understanding
- The ability to motivate others and be patient
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- An adaptable approach
Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
