Preston | Site Financial Controller | Temporary  (potential for Temp to Perm) - £55k plus bonus + benifits + flexible working | Qualified OR QBE
 
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller / Site Controller to oversee financial operations at a key manufacturing site. This role involves preparing financial results, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage month-end closures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines.
Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support business targets.
Oversee the CAPEX process, ensuring effective management of investments and resources.
Act as a business partner and financial advisor to the site management team, highlighting trends and risks.
Optimise financial reporting and operations through systems.Skills and Experience Required:

Qualified OR Qualified by experience
Manufactiring & costing experience.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
