The Role:

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll be at the heart of student support—encouraging positive choices, building resilience, and helping students achieve their full potential. Your duties will include:

Supporting students with their behaviour and emotional development on a 1:1 and small group basis
Collaborating with teaching and pastoral teams to maintain a positive and inclusive school culture
Contributing to behaviour plans and intervention strategies
Acting as a positive role model, reinforcing respectful and aspirational behaviour
