Working with an innovative developer of cutting edge products you will be leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, project managing development activities, and delivering the product roadmap.

Working closely with the Project Manager you will ensure research projects are correctly resourced.

In addition you will be working closely the sales and delivery teams on customer lead activities.

With proven attention to detail, demonstrate initiative and enjoy working in a structured but adaptable manner.

Experience:

To succeed in this role, you should have good experience of line management and leading multidisciplinary engineering team in a similar manufacturing environment.

Knowledge and experience of manufacturing optics, photonics, lasers or fiber optics is essential for this role.

Qualifications:

Ideally you should have a relevant degree or gained equivalent knowledge through working in a similar industry.
