What you'll be doing:

📊 Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met.
👩‍💼 Leading audit teams and delegating tasks effectively to junior staff while providing mentorship and guidance.
📚 Reviewing financial statements, identifying key risks, and providing insightful recommendations.
💬 Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client service at all times.
📈 Supporting the audit partner in business development and contributing to firm growth strategies.

What we're looking for:

✅ ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant audit experience in a UK practice.
👥 Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.
🔍 Excellent technical knowledge, particularly in UK GAAP and IFRS.
💬 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients at all levels.
💡 A proactive approach, with the ability to work on your initiative and take ownership of projects.
