Working Pattern: Full-time, with occasional travel between offices (Leeds, Sheffield) and flexibility for remote work

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join our client's professional services firm. As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging training content to support colleagues across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training content to support colleagues in person and virtually.
• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Lead interactive workshops to foster learning and development.
• Ensure the management of content on the Learning Management System.
• Partner with key departments to create continuous learning opportunities.
• Measure the impact of training initiatives and refine programmes.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in a Learning and Development role.
• Strong communication skills and excellent time management.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and content creation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their use in enhancing learning processes.
• Mindfulness and emotional intelligence to navigate different learning preferences.

Desirable Skills:

• CIPD or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience supporting apprentices or junior colleagues.
• Experience working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
• Data-driven approach to refine learning interventions.
